"The key of the ABL is to have the students select the current issues of the company as their research project through the discussions with the CEO and carry out the project with three professors to develop students’ competence and also provide practical assistance to the company. All students carry out the ABL project over three semesters with three faculty members mentoring each student through team teaching. The ABL deals with various themes such as developing a smart factory, global launching strategy, developing business model, and commercializing technology and so forth."
